When a PUR2o consultant comes to your house – you’ll receive a free water analysis. The analysis helps us  really zero in on which specific contaminants are in your water. That way we can determine  install the optimal components to remove them. We put our own system to the test with a similar evaluation to what we would give your water – with an added twist.

The water that was filtered by our system was purposely contaminated by numerous chemical, organic and inorganic agents.

For the purpose of this test, the water used was infected and primed with extremely high levels of contaminants – so high, they’re actually not found in real world scenarios. PUR2o was able to address ALL of the imperfections of that water.

The contaminated water was also spiked with minerals. The PUR2o system removed them. Tests showed the water’s mineral content at a 61% reduction. This higher number is due to the PUR2o system adding those essential minerals back to the water.

Because the water passed; it meets all NSF standards making all the components in our filtering and purifying NSF approved including filters, membranes, connections, tubing and tanks.

PUR2o sent that water sample through our PUR2o/RO Filtration System – the contaminated water went through several stages of filtration as follows:

1 – a Sediment Filter

2 – a Granulated Carbon Filter (GAC)

3 – a Reverse Osmosis Membrane

4 – a second GAC (5 micron) filter

5 – the PH Boost cartridge to restore and elevate natural minerals which should be the only thing present in water.

We sent the sample to an INDEPENDENT, NJ (state) Certified, LABORATORY. In every instance, PUR2o surpassed the test requirements for effective and complete filtration. 15 out of 19 toxins tested were reduced by at least 91.5% or better.
