Regional Sales Manager – Greater New Jersey Area 


Location: Randolph, NJ (Hybrid: 2–3 days in office, remainder remote)

Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and drive growth across the greater New Jersey area. This is a hybrid role, with time split between our Randolph, NJ office and remote work. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship-builder who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on sales execution.
 

Your goal will be to build and manage the sales pipeline — identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding PUR2o’s reach among residential, commercial, and trade partners (builders, wellness professionals, HVAC/plumbing contractors, and design firms).
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive growth and brand visibility.

  • Identify, engage, and nurture new business opportunities and partnerships.

  • Manage and grow existing accounts through consistent follow-up and relationship management.

  • Represent PUR2o at local trade shows, events, and networking opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth lead handoff and customer satisfaction.

  • Report on sales metrics, pipeline performance, and market trends.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PUR2o products, competitors, and industry developments.
     

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in regional sales, account management, or business development (water treatment, plumbing, HVAC, wellness, or related industries preferred).

  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment — both independently and collaboratively.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally as needed.

Part-Time Water Filtration & Purification Technician / Installer – Frisco, TX Area

Location: Frisco, Texas (and surrounding areas)
 

PUR2o is a trusted provider of advanced water filtration and purification systems designed to deliver clean, safe, and healthy water straight from the tap. We’re expanding in the Frisco area and seeking a Part-Time Technician to join our team.
 

This project-based role offers exceptional flexibility, with hours that vary depending on the number of installations and service projects — as well as your own availability and interest level. It’s an excellent fit for someone with plumbing or mechanical experience who enjoys hands-on work, or for a retired or semi-retired professional looking to stay active with meaningful part-time projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and service PUR2o filtration and purification systems (residential and light commercial)

  • Perform filter changes, diagnostics, and routine maintenance

  • Ensure each installation meets PUR2o performance and quality standards

  • Communicate system operation and care instructions to customers

  • Maintain accurate service records and uphold exceptional customer service
     

Qualifications:

  • Experience in plumbing, water systems, or mechanical installation preferred

  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills

  • Professional communication and customer service mindset

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently
