Recently, we had the pleasure of connecting with Jessica Jarmer from A Plant Based Life. Jessica is a dedicated plant-based holistic health practitioner and natural food chef who has spent nearly three decades championing the benefits of a plant-based diet. Her expertise lies in helping individuals with heart disease, diabetes, and other health conditions regain their vitality through mindful nutrition. Whether in person or online, Jessica teaches cooking classes and offers personalized guidance to make plant-based living both realistic and sustainable.
In 2019, Jessica’s middle child, Sam, sustained a spinal cord injury. She has spent the last few years navigating her son through this injury while doing it as holistically as possible. Sam is now able to stand and take assisted steps. He continues to improve and credits his determination and diet with his success.
